On 10 December 2019, Ambassador Waravuth Pouapinya paid a courtesy call on His Excellecy Zaki Nusseibeh, Minister of State, at the General Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
Both sides have discussed and exchanged views on ways and means to strengthening and enhancing the cooperation between the UAE and Thailand in the area of culture and tourism. Furthermore, the Ambassador also expressed his appreciation and commended the UAE side for the Year of Tolerance and the efforts of the UAE government to promote the principle of tolerance for peaceful coexistence in the society.
Ambassador Waravuth also thanked the UAE authorities for their generous support for all activities organized by the Embassy and the Thai Community in the UAE.
