On Tuesday 11 August 2020, Ambassador Waravuth Pouapinya led government officials, the Thai Community in the United Arab Emirates and members of their families to perform a ceremony to commemorate the auspicious occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, 12 August 2020. Earlier in the morning, the Embassy and the Thai Community also did a charity work by providing lunch boxes and surgical masks to the local community around the Embassy area.
