H.E. Gen. Tanasak Patimapragorn, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Thailand, was on an official visit to the UAE on 23-24 February 2015 on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Thai-UAE relations.

His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Thailand met with His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister of the UAE, and discussed bilateral cooperation as well as regional issues. After the meeting, both Ministers signed two bilateral agreements between Thailand and the UAE, one on Security Cooperation and the other on Promotion and Protection of Investments.
