On November 4, 2024, His Excellency Mr. Sorayut Chasombat, Ambassador of Thailand to the UAE, joined by Ms. Nipa Nirannoot, Consul-General of Thailand to Dubai and the Northern Emirates, attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition booth of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC), held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). Mr. Montri Rawanchaikul, Chief Executive Officer of PTTEP, presided over the event and welcomed the attendees.

 

ADIPEC is one of the world's largest international energy exhibitions and conferences, held annually in Abu Dhabi, with over 2,200 leading energy companies and more than 185,000 attendees participating from November 4-7, 2024. This year, PTTEP showcased its innovations and digital technologies developed over the past 40 years for the company's various exploration and production projects. These included the carbon capture and storage project (CCS) at the Arthit Field in the Gulf of Thailand, using EP Digital Platform to enhance organizational efficiency, and underwater robotic inspection and maintenance technology. These advancements underscore the company's commitment to sustainable energy transition and its goal of becoming a low-carbon organization, aiming for net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
