On November 8, 2024, H.E. Mr. Sorayut Chasombat, Ambassador of Thailand to the UAE, delivered welcoming remarks at the opening ceremony of the Thai SELECT Festival, held for the first time in Dubai and organized by the Thai Trade Center Dubai. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Suchart Chomklin, Deputy Minister of Commerce, who presided over the ceremony.

 

The Thai SELECT Festival showcased Thailand’s soft power across multiple dimensions, including Food, Films, Fashion, Fighting, and Festivals, attracting considerable interest from both Thais and international residents in the UAE.
