On 7 November 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi held a memorial on the occasion of the 15th day after the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother at the Embassy premises.

 

Mr. Watana Chuttong, Chargé d’Affaires a.i., presided over the ceremony, which was attended by officials and staff members of the Embassy, representatives of Team Thailand agencies and their families, as well as members of the Thai Buddhist and Muslim communities residing in Abu Dhabi.

 

On this occasion, participants expressed their heartfelt condolences in accordance with their faiths. Later, the buddhist community participated in chanting, meditation, and reflection upon the boundless benevolence of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.
