On 30 January 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi held a merit-making ceremony to mark the 100th day since the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother.

The ceremony was attended by Embassy officials and their spouses, staff members, and members of the Thai community in the Abu Dhabi. Participants joined in prayers, meditation, and pouring water in a merit-making ritual to pay respects and honor Her Majesty’s royal grace.
