On 29 October 2023, His Excellency Sorayut Chasombat, Ambassador of Thailand to the UAE, welcomed and hosted dinner for the National Team of Yacht Racing Association of Thailand (YRAT) under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King to show support to the team on the occasion of their participation in the 2023 Optimist Asian & Oceanian Championship, where 170 contestants from 27 countries joined in Abu Dhabi between 29 October – 5 November 2023.

On this occasion, the Royal Thai Embassy would like to congratulate the team on their success at the 2023 Optimist Asian & Oceanian Championship with the acquired rankings as follow;
