On Thursday 9 December 2021, the Royal Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Dubai organized a reception to commemorate the 45th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which was presided over by His Excellency Mr. Suchart Chomklin, Minister of Labour of Thailand. On the said occasion, His Excellency the Minister of Labour of Thailand delivered a welcomig remarks reiterating the close and cordial relations between Thailand and the UAE, especially in economic and energy sectors as well as people-to-people contact. There were also performances showcasing Thai and Emirati cultures, as well as the exhibition reflecting bialteral relations and cooperation between Thailand and the UAE throughout the 4 decades of friendship, which will be displayed at the Thailand Pavilion from 7-13 December 2021. The reception was attended by a number of guests from various government and private sectors, as well as peoples of both countries.
