On 28^th December 2015, H.E. Mr. Warawudh Chuwiruch, Ambassador of Thailand to the UAE, paid a courtesy call on H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE's Foreign Minister, on the occasion of completing his tenure of office in the UAE.

The Ambassador conveyed his deep gratitude to the Foreign Minister for rendering continued support to the work of the Embassy during his tenure as the Ambassador to the UAE.

The Foreign Minister of the UAE praised the Ambassador for his role and leadership in strengthening bilateral relations between the UAE and Thailand. He was also looking forward to future cooperation.

During the call, H.E. Mr. Warawudh Chuwiruch expressed his wish for a long-standing and close relation between the two countries. He took the opportunity to present a gift, an oil painting by Thai artist, to the Foreign Minister as a tribute to 40^th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Thailand and the UAE established since 12 December 1975.
