Travel Guidelines for Non-Thai Travellers from the UAE to Bangkok (non Sandbox-related travel)
 
 
1.Traveller Eligibility:
   1.1 Hold a valid health insurance that covers medical expenses including treatments relating to COVID-19, with a minimum of 100,000 USD, throughout the period of stay in Thailand;
   
   1.2 Hold a confirmed booking of 14-day Alternative Quarantine - AQ (previously known as ASQ/ ALQ) through 5 authorized reservation platforms:
        (1) Direct reservation with the AQ hotels
        (5) http://asqthailand.com/
 
   1.3 Must comply to compulsary stay at AQ for at least 14 days;
 
   1.4 Upon check-in at the airport, a traveler must present an RT-PCR negative test result issued no more than 72 hours;
 
   1.5 Must take COVID-19 PCR tests during the stay;
 
    1.6 Hold the Certificate of Entry (COE) issued by the Royal Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi or the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Dubai;
 
   1.7 Must download and complete the Health Declaration Form (T.8 via https://bit.ly/34X6sAJ, which is to be presented to the authority at the airport in Thailand
 
    1.8 Must install the "Thailand Plus" application for COVID-19 situation updates in Thailand
 
 
2.Registration for the Certificate of Entry (COE):
   2.1 Register via https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/ 3-5 working days prior to the departure date;
   
   2.2 Pre-approval: Choose "NO" for the Sandbox Programme in "Travel Details", fill in personal information, and attach health insurance and proof of vaccination;
 
   2.3 Final approval: Attach confirmed AQ hotel booking and flight tickets;
 
   2.4 Once the COE is approved, print out and carry with yourself throughout the journey
