On Sunday, 18 September 2022, Ambassador Waravuth Pouapinya led the Embassy’s staff and the Thai Community in Abu Dhabi to cheer up the Thai National Female Cricket Team for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier at Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi where The Thai national team won the first match against the UAE by 7 wickets (96/3 : 92/5). The competitions will continue until 25 September 2022. The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup will be held in South Africa in 2023. We wish the Thai team success for all competitions.
