On 15 October 2021, Ambassador Waravuth Pouapinya led the Thai government officials and the Thai community in the UAE to pay tribute to His Late Majesty King Bhumibhol Adulyadej in remembrance of His Late Majesty the King’s upcoming Memorial Day 13 October. Participants laid flower vases in front of the Royal Photo followed by performing the candle-lit ceremony and held a 89-second of silence.
