On Thursday, 11 August 2022, Ambassador Waravuth Pouapinya led government officials, the Thai Community in the United Arab Emirates and members of their families to perform a ceremony to commemorate the auspicious occasion of the 90th Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, 12 August 2022.

On the same day, the Embassy and the Thai Community also conducted charitable activity by donating blood through Abu Dhabi Blood Bank as a merit making dedicated to Her Majesty the Queen Mother.
