The auspicious activities on the occasion of Vesak Month 2025, where the Royal Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with the Thai Buddhist community in Abu Dhabi, had a great honour to invite the Most Venerable Phraphawanathammaphinan, Chief Monk of Na Luang Temple, Udon Thani Province, and his delegation to visit the UAE from 15-22 May 2025- to provide the community with opportunities for merit-making and spiritual activities for their well-being while living and working abroad.

On 17 May 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy hosted a full-day religious event, featuring morning alms offering, precept observance, Dhamma talks, Vipassana meditation practice, and candlelight circumambulation. The event welcomed a large number of participants both Thai and foreigners, and was marked by a high spirit of peace, serenity, and deep devotion.
