Exhibition in honour of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit in Abu Dhabi
          The Royal Thai Embassy organized an exhibition on the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty’s 80th Birthday Anniversary during 12-14 August 2012 at the Embassy in order to demonstrate Her Majesty’s graciousness to the public in the UAE. Various arts and crafts by the SUPPORT Foundation under Her Majesty’s patronage were shipped from Thailand for exclusive display in this exhibition.
          On 12 August 2012, the Embassy invited about 100 persons from the diplomatic corps, business sector and media to attend the opening reception. H.E. Ambassador Somchai Charanasomboon delivered an opening speech on Her Majesty the Queen’s life and work towards improving the welfare of Thai people, which were widely recognized and awarded by leading worldwide organizations. The reason of displaying products from the SUPPORT Foundation is to show the public of one of Her Majesty’s best known initiatives.
