On Friday 8 August 2014, the Royal Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi arranged the bowling  competition at Zayed Sport City Bowling in the afternoon, and at 19.00-21.30 hrs organized the celebration of H.M. the Queen’s 82th Birthday Anniversary and Mother’s Day 2014 Celebration at the Ambassador’s residence.

       H.E. Warawudh Chuwiruch, Thai Ambassador to the UAE, Madame Aroonwan Chuwiruch, his wife, the Royal Thai Embassy’s staff and about 200 Thai people attended the celebration. They registered their homage and best wishes to H.M. the Queen in the signing book. H.E. Chuwiruch proceeded to the stage to lead the lighting of candles and the singing of royal anthems. After the official part of the ceremony, all participants enjoyed Thai dinner, sang, danced and mingled.
