Starting from 1 October 2017, kindly be informed about the new visa policies as follows;

1. All applicants who reside in UAE must have a UAE residence visa with a validity not less than 3 months before applying the visa to enter Thailand at the Royal Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

2. The minimum salary certificate to apply for a tourist visa (single entry) will be changed from 4,000 Dirhams to 4,500 Dirhams.

3. For applicants who apply for a tourist visa (single entry) but receive a monthly salary less than 4,500 Dirhams, a 3-month bank statement of the applicants (with an original 3-month bank statement of the applicant showing a balance at least 4,500 Dirhams) must be submitted along with other relevant documents.

4. For applicants who apply for a tourist visa (multiple entries),
a 6-month bank statement of the applicant (with an original 6-month bank statement of the applicants showing a balance at least 25,000 Dirhams) must be submitted along with other relevant documents.
